Addiction and Abuse comes in many forms,we have drug addiction alcohol abuse, child abuse,sexual abuse, physical abuse, mental abuse, gambling.
All seems like a addiction that a person can not control. CAN YOU CONTROL IT? If you could we would have a world of peace and less people that were hurt. And a world of peace and love.
When you have substance abuse you think you are just abusing your self. Which is true but you are also abusing all those that surround you because they are innocently inflicted and abused by your addiction. They suffer more because they are the ones that are giving to help you and you are selfishly taking, not caring if you hurt them over and over. You take all they can give and more. Drug addiction hurts many people until you wake up and kick the habit and learn to love others.
When you gamble and have an addiction you are not only hurting yourself but your family members because most of the time the person who gambles take the food money or bill money thinking they will win and you lose it. The electric gets turned off or the family members have no food to eat or the rent or mortgage can not be paid. Your addictive actions hurts other. Therefore that is a form of abusing others. I named many ways of abuse and their are many more I did not mention. In all truth people hurt other people in so many ways and it is an illness you Lack Spiritual ethics and values.
This is also just the 21st Century logic and mental health field diversion. Because in the last 60 years a growth and explosion of therapist and therapy groups, psychotherapist, psychoanalyst have surfaced. They analyze and diagnose everything and come up with a conclusion you are fighting an illness it is a disease with therapy and psychotherapy we will heal you. A mental illness disease is bipolar or,schizophrenic,duel personality etc. Those people have a illness a mental illness a disease in the brain.
But when you abuse others for addictions or abuse others in any form it is an social illness and your lacking Spiritual values. You are selfish, self centered, you only care about your self and honor only your needs. You put your needs and wants and cravings before others. You do not treat others how you would want others to treat you. But you are the type of person whom demands respect and honor from others at all times. So you basically only care about your feelings and lack of empathy for others. You are a Narcissist. But as the human race enters the last Century it seems God, ethics which is a set of principal and honor for each other is dissipating rapidly. No one seems to tell one another your doing wrong! But instead society has found ways to make money off addiction and abuse. The mental health field of therapist, Social work, lawyers, jails and courts is keeping people employed. This epidemic of lacking empathy is not being addressed.
It is a spiritual issue and until society brings the Spiritual values back into focus and into the main stream of our daily lives and society. Our society will be like a run away train on destructive speeding path.
Yes you are ill you are infected by society and your selfish greed's. Your soul has a cement wall up and you are not spiritually awaken you live in a world of superficial needs and there is much more to life than just your needs and wants.
Society is becoming like cats and dogs fighting non top. We have non ending wars in which now we are using bombs that kill many, including nature. We are not progressing Spiritually because honoring others is not Men's number one priority. Countries Leaders still bicker and create wars.
Which that is a spiritual illness of the Ego. Ego causes wars not peace.
Jesus said," Love one another".
We have had many wise men sent here to guide us but 1000 of years later Our Society seems to be entering a Dangerous Time Zone of Selfishness, Narcissistic Ego's and Destruction toward each other.
If I seem rough I have to agree, but until this society stops finding excuses for people who abuse others and feel more sorry for the people whom are abused.
The abuse will continue. We must STOP giving people a bandage and a easy way out. We must start being truthful and tell the person your wrong the way your treating others and you need to change now. We must Demand this Society To Change.
Why do men live in a close tunnel? Why can't they see the big picture of the Spiritual realm? Our every move is being watched.
